Chef Sonja
Chef Sonja is a native of Guyana, a Caribbean nation, and a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel and Administration. Over the past few years, she has worked as a General Manager and Catering Director for major food service companies. During her tenure in corporate dining, she has catered events for CEOs and Board of Directors of Fortune 500 companies as well as dignitaries of foreign nations including the President of Philippines, Governor of Brazil and the Hungarian Ambassador. Sonja feels she is currently living one of her life's goals as chef and owner of Catered 4 U. She enjoys creating new recipes and menus and sharing her gift of culinary skills with the world.

Chef Samuel
Chef Samuel has been involved in the food industry for the past thirty years. He specializes in southern cuisine and can prepare international dishes. His signature dishes include Creole Gumbo, fried and smoked turkeys and various BBQ'ed meats. He attributes his culinary skills to his training at the "University of Mama's Knee". In addition, he has taken various cooking skills classes in New Orleans and at the California Academy of Culinary Arts. He takes every opportunity to avail himself of fine dining experiences and enjoys saying and hearing the phrase "my compliments to the chef".
