How do I order Express Service?
Each week our menus are posted on our website. To order, select the entrees you would like, call at 510-438-8800, e-mail or place your orders using our online shopping cart.

For the Express Service, the delivery days are Monday or Tuesday. Delivery day is determined by location. To receive your delivery, you will need to place your orders by midnight on the Wednesday prior to your delivery day.

How does my food arrive?
Your meals are freshly prepared, fully cooked, labeled and delivered in microwave safe or oven ready containers with complete heating instructions. Your meals are fresh, never frozen, but do require refrigeration. If you choose to freeze you may. Once you are ready for a meal, allow it to thaw in the refrigerator overnight and reheat in the microwave or oven as stated above.





How many meals can I order per week?
You will need to order a minimum of 6 total meals from our Express Service. With sufficient notice, there is no limit to the number of meals you can order each week.

What does the Express Service include?
The Express Service includes weekly menu planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.

What is the investment in the Express Service?

1-10 Meals	$18 per meal
11-15 Meals	$16 per meal
16-20 Meals	$14 per meal

This is an excellent value when you consider the time required to plan a week's menu, shop for the groceries, food preparation, cooking, food storage and clean-up. We use the highest quality of ingredients and our menu selections are quite extensive.



What is the Customized Personal Chef Service?
The Customized Personal Chef Service is for individuals who have a very specific diet. For example, this service is good for individuals who want to eat with organic ingredients or on a specialized diet (i.e. low calorie, low salt, South Beach, Zone Diet, Weight Watchers, etc).

Where are the meals prepared?
The meals are prepared in your home or in our certified commercial kitchen. Our professional kitchen is inspected regularly by the Health Department. Our licensed facility is staffed and equipped by professionally trained and experienced staff.

Can I tell you what to cook?
Yes, it is our pleasure to prepare meals to your specifications. The advantage of the Customized Personal Chef Service is that we are your personal chefs, who customize your meals to your personal taste. We plan, shop and cook according to your individual needs and desires. You get to choose! However, when you request, we will provide you with menu planning assistance.



What does the Customized Personal Chef Service include?
Your service includes a free consultation, customized menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and delivery.

What is the investment for the Customized Personal Chef Service?

3 Different Entrees	$225 plus groceries
4 Different Entrees	$265 plus groceries
5 Different Entrees	$305 plus groceries

This investment allows you to have your personal menu selections prepared to your exact specifications (low-salt, organic, low-carb extra vegetables, extra garlic, and other substitutions, etc.). The work of grocery shopping, food preparation, cooking, food storage, clean-up and even menu selection, if you choose, will be handled for you. If your time is as important as your health, this is an excellent value for your money.

How will my meals be packaged?
Your meals are packaged in oven ready or microwavable containers and labeled for your convenience. This means you can choose to heat entrees in your microwave or oven, whichever is most convenient for you. If you order one serving, your meals will be packaged individually. If you order 2 or 3 servings, the meals will be packaged in one container family style. If you do not want family style, you do have the option of having all servings packaged individually.



What payment options are there?
We accept credit cards, check or cash. Payment must be made in advance or on the day of delivery. Pricing on this site does not include tax and delivery charge. After you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation along with your invoice.
